The space This large Vosges farm has recently been transformed into a remarkable, warm and comfortable gîte that can accommodate up to 17 people in a cozy/mountain spirit. Located in a quiet area in the middle of nature at an altitude of 900 m, in a Natura 2000 site located in the heart of the Hautes Vosges massif, without a close neighbor or opposite and away from the main roads, the house is located only 2 km on the heights of the charming little mountain village of Ventron, where you will find most of the activities and shops on site. From the house, via the many hiking trails, you will discover the forest of the Massif du Grand Ventron, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This cottage has undergone a complete, modern and careful renovation, while maintaining the authenticity and charm of the mountain houses. You will be seduced by the comfort of its many rooms and large living rooms, where everyone can find their space during your reunions with family or friends, for a weekend or extended stays. The terraces, which overlook a vast plot around the gîte (2.5 hectares), without any neighbors, except that of the Highland cows that maintain our surrounding pastures… You will enjoy the great outdoors, the remarkable view of the massif and forests, and a remarkably clear starry sky. It offers an interior space of 380 m², composed on the ground floor of: - a cloakroom: benches with shoe storage. Hooks. - an independent toilet accessible to people with reduced mobility with hand washbasin and urinal - a large fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room: large dining area of 52 m² with a very large friendly table that can accommodate up to 22 people, an authentic earthenware stove, and a wooden bar and local stones that separates the kitchen area from the dining room. - equipped kitchen (14 m²): Refrigerator. Freezer compartment - 3-burner induction baking sheet. Oven. Microwave oven. Dishwasher. Filter coffee maker and Nespresso. An additional refrigerator is available in a pantry located next to the kitchen, which allows you to store many items. - a seating area: sofas, coffee table, TV, large billiards and darts. - more than 140 m² of wooden terraces around the house, including a large south-facing 90 m²: with a large outdoor table that can accommodate 20 people, a large motorized awning covering the entire dining area, a large fully equipped plancha brazier barbecue, garden furniture, sunbathing, and of course its south-facing Finnish bath offering a unique view of the mountains and the Vosges forest. All bedding is new (mattresses and bed bases) of high quality Simmons 26 cm thick. The rates shown are all-inclusive: they include the cleaning fee at the end of the stay, the supply of sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases (beds are made on arrival), 2 towels per person, unlimited access to the Finnish bath, wood at discretion for the Nordic bath and fireplace, unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber), as well as an electric vehicle outlet available in the garage, household essentials, dishes, dish towels, toilet paper, soaps), as well as the assistance of our concierge during your stay if necessary.
