The space This large Vosges farmhouse has recently been transformed into a remarkable warm and comfortable cottage that can accommodate up to 17 people in a cozy / mountain spirit. Quietly located in nature at an altitude of 900 m, in a Natura 2000 site located in the heart of the Hautes Vosges massif, without a close neighbor or vis-à-vis and away from the main roads, the house is only 2 km away on the heights of the charming little mountain village of Ventron, where you will find most activities and shops on site. From the house, through the many hiking trails, you will discover the forest of the Massif du Grand Ventron, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This cottage has undergone a complete, modern and neat renovation, making sure to keep the authenticity and charm of the mountain houses. You will be seduced by the comfort of its many rooms and vast living spaces, where everyone can find their space during your reunions with family or friends, for a weekend or extended stays. The terraces, which overlook a vast plot around the cottage (2.5 hectares), without any vis-à-vis, except that of the Highlands cows who maintain our surrounding pastures... You will enjoy the outdoors, the remarkable view of the massif and the forests, and a remarkably clear starry sky. It offers an interior space of 380 m², composed on the garden level of: - a cloakroom: benches with shoe storage. Hooks. - an independent toilet accessible PMR with handwasher and urinal -A large fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room: large dining area of 52 m² with a very large convivial table that can accommodate up to 22 people, an authentic earthenware stove, and a local wooden and stone bar that separates the kitchen space from the dining room. - Equipped kitchen (14m2): Refrigerator. Freezing compartment - Induction baking sheet 3 fires. Oven. microwave oven. Dishwasher. Filter coffee maker and Nespresso. An additional refrigerator is available in a pantry located next to the kitchen, which allows you to store lots of things. - a seating area: sofas, coffee table, TV, large pool table and darts. - more than 140 sqm of wooden terraces around the house, including a large south facing 90m2: with a large outdoor table that can accommodate 20 people, a large motorized blind covering the entire dining area, a large fully equipped fire pit grill, garden lounges, sunbathing, and of course its south-facing Finnish bath with unique views of the mountains and the Vosges forest. All bedding is new (mattresses and box springs) of high quality Simmons thickness 26 cm. The rates shown are all-inclusive for a group of 15 people: they include end-of-stay cleaning, the provision of bed linens, duvet covers, and pillowcases (with beds made upon your arrival), 2 bath towels per person, unlimited access to the Finnish sauna, unlimited firewood for the Nordic bath and fireplace, unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber), an electric vehicle charging station available in the garage, basic household essentials (dishes, dish towels, toilet paper, soaps), as well as assistance from our concierge during your stay if needed. For 2-night stays, upon request and for an optional additional charge of €150 for the entire stay, the cottage also offers a 7th large extra bedroom on the ground floor, accessible to people with reduced mobility, with a large shower and private toilet, bringing the total capacity of the cottage to 17 people. From this PMR room, access to all common areas is possible in an armchair (kitchen, dining room, billiard room, terraces and other living rooms on the ground floor...). A 2nd WC PMR is also accessible to the ground floor from the dining room. For stays of 2 nights, the €150 supplement is to be paid directly to the concierge upon check-in.
