The space The property is a 3rd floor flat in a historic (B listed) building at the heart of the world famous Edinburgh Old Town. The rooms are spacious considering the age of the property, and are well lit and warm. There are many sockets/power outlets throughout the property and some travel adapters are provided. The living room comfortably seats 4, both at the dining table and in the lounge area, and has a work station for things which really can't wait. One of the sofas is a sofa bed for which bedding can be provided. The bathroom has a shower and a bath (and, of course, a toilet and sink). Mini candles and some free mini soaps are provided. The bathroom is the only room which is notably small. The toilet has a slow flush refill rate which most guests have no issue with but some find difficult to navigate. The bedroom has plenty of storage space and the bed has a heated blanket to ensure that every night is a cozy night. The kitchen is a galley with everything you really need in a kitchen (full size fridge freezer, washer and dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink, all the crockery and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine). EPC: D Guest access As a guest you have the full property to yourself. The only place you aren't allowed is up into the crawl space, but very few people have any desire to visit the crawl space anyway.
