Located in the heart of the Miramar Beach/Destin area and has tons of shopping, golfing, and dining! The space This updated home is one of the closest to the beach in the neighborhood, but if you don't want to walk you can drive your 6-seater golf cart to the public beach or take the free tram available during summer season to the neighborhood private beach! The covered beach pavilion has showers, seating, bathrooms, and a seasonal bar with snacks and drinks. One of the only neighborhoods that offer the bar and pavilion service in the area! The neighborhood private beach also includes a chair attendant so you can rent your chairs and umbrellas for your relaxing stay during peak season! (chair rental info below) Enjoy access to the two neighborhood pools and tennis court or watch the sunsets from your wrap around deck! Within the home you will enjoy your patio and wrap around deck space, your private back yard, your wine fridge, or the new updates throughout. Queen sleeper folds out from white dresser. You will slide chair out of the way and follow instructions to pull out bed. Pets are allowed on approval basis only and must be approved prior to booking. Propane not included for gas fire pit outside or grill. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on property. A $500 charge will be enforced if any evidence if smoking is present
