High Point retreat (Palladium area)

Our home is a perfect rental for anyone looking to be near the High point Furniture Market, or High Point University. We are only 5 mins away from HPU, and about 7 minutes from downtown High Point. Our home has just been renovated with new appliances, new carpet and flooring, and new countertops. The space Our Master suite is downstairs, and the other two bedrooms and Theater are upstairs. The theater is fully functional, with Blu Ray player, Apple TV (for Netflix, live TV, HBO, and Hulu) and 5.1 surround sound system. There is also a television with a FireTV stick in each bedroom for access to all services listed above. We also have a great 40’ x 25’ outdoor patio space with grill, table and chairs, loungers, and outdoor lighting.
