Enjoy your stay at our centrally-located private home in a well-established neighborhood. This newly decorated Airbnb has a separate gated entrance, and is close to several popular restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Soak up the sun by the pool or watch humming birds at the many feeders hung in the patio. Gaze out the window to see a beautiful view of San Diego. The space This room has one queen bed and a large private bath. There is a small sitting area to read or watch TV. The doors open to a pool which you are welcome to use. There is a shaded patio where you can sit and watch the several hummingbirds around the feeders. A patio table with benches is also available for you to enjoy your meals. Feel free to use the gas BBQ. Heading to the beach? We can provide you with beach chairs and a cooler. The room rate is based on 1 guest. You may have up to 2 guests in the room. Guest access You will enter the property on the right side of the house going down a lighted path with lovely plants and through a security gate with a code. Your room and bath are totally private from the rest of the house. You do not have access to the main house where the hosts live. Other things to note We are relatively new hosting with Airbnb so we are willing to go the extra mile for you.
