Our Lake House has 4 bedrooms, 1 downstairs and 3 upstairs,1 toilet downstairs and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. New split system air conditioners in all bedrooms.Just installed new EV WALL CHARGER , free use for all guests !!! House is open plan living , fully fenced and secure, one of the most exciting and convenient features is you have your own Private gate to the lake path. Paddle the lake on our 2 kayaks provided or swim in our sparkling pool with pool toys provided. Bring your push bikes, scooters and skate boards , the Lake walk is 3.5 round trip , perfect for the whole family , stop at the local cafe, hair salon, chemist or Aldi . There are 2 massive playgrounds to choose from ,3 lots of exercise equipment along path and even a basket ball court which is only 1 minute walk from house, which you can see from top balcony . We don't allow pets in any bedrooms and on furniture, you will be charged extra cleaning fee if we find excessive animal hair. House is fully fenced and plenty of yard and lots of entertainment and places to go with your kids and fur babies. We do store some personal belongings locked under stairs and in garage , there is still enough room for 1 car
