Carlton is the Italian precinct of Melbourne with Lygon Street being its foremost address. You are 12mins by tram (which stops right outside your door) away from the CBD. A 2 minute walk takes you to the nearest supermarket, cinemas, cafes, bakeries, shops, restaurants and bars. You are in the middle of it all. Melbourne Uni and other Unis are a 2-5 minute walk. Royal Melbourne hospital is a 10 minute walk. The next precinct down is the culture and lifestyle precinct of Fitzroy, a 7 minute walk away. We have a free, secure parking spot in front of our door. The 1 & 6 Trams to and from the city/beach stop right outside the gate as well. Carlton is bike friendly and the city and other great precincts are in walking distance We are dog-friendly! (and other small animals except cats) The Doggy door allows your furry friends to move freely from garden to house.. We have an additional Pet fee of $59 per stay that gives you, our cleaning team and us some peace of mind. Please keep the doggos off the bed and off the furniture. Please note that our driveway has a height restriction of 2.1m. The parking spot is allocated right next to our door and is suitable for 1 small-medium size car. Larger cars will have a very tight squeeze.
