Relax by the propane fire pit, unwind in the hot tub or 14-ft heated endless pool, play in the game room, cook on the outdoor griddle, and capture unforgettable photos by the river and historic Western mining town. The space This gorgeous 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house sleeps 21 and has amazing views of waterfall and forest. The two stories are separated by an outdoor staircase, ensuring groups in your party can enjoy their own private getaway, if need be. The top level features the fully-equipped island kitchen, living area, office—for anyone that needs a quiet space to get real world things done on their getaway—and master bedroom as well as an expansive patio featuring 36 inch Blackstone griddle and a sitting and dining area. The bottom level has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The garage is a game room that’ll delight kids and adults alike with its pool and foosball tables, shuffleboard, darts, 75-inch TV, and sitting area. For those that prefer to spend their time outdoors, concrete steps will lead you down to a propane firepit and outdoor seating furniture where you can enjoy your day watching your very own portion of the Fresno River or spend the night reveling with the bright stars above. You can also close out your evenings with a soak in the heated jet spa, behind the privacy of a redwood gazebo. Sleeping arrangements Master bedroom: one king bed, one queen sofa bed Living area: one queen sofa bed Lower bedroom #1: one king bed, one bunk bed - twin over twin Lower bedroom #2: one full-size bed, bunk bed-twin over full ,one single bed-alcove by the window 4th bedroom: one queen size bed Guest access You will have full access to the house and riverfront property. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the comforts of home, and a patio BBQ. Amenities include central heat/AC, satellite TV and DVD player, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, free WIFI, washer and dryer, board games, books, DVD's, and more! Bedding, towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, and iron are all provided. Other things to note A refundable $500 damage deposit is required for all reservations and is processed securely through our property management system. This temporary hold is released after checkout, provided no damage or policy violations occur. A short rental agreement will also need to be signed after booking. These measures help ensure the home is protected and allow us to continue offering a clean, well-maintained space for all guests. Please respect property boundaries, pay attention to fences, ropes and signs. Please do NOT cross the river and do not go to the property left of the waterfall. You will see the rope and signs there. It is trespassing and owners do not like it. Please note that while the house and property are private and reserved for you, the waterfall area and river are a communal space. You may encounter guests from another property at the waterfall. Rocks can be slippery and unstable, please proceed with caution at your own risk. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM The Endless Pool is heated to 88-90°F during the colder months, which is already above the standard recommended temperature for swim spas. Guests are not permitted to change the temperature settings on their own. If you would like the water heated higher, please contact the owner in advance—an additional fee of $175 applies. Unauthorized temperature adjustments will result in a $300 charge.
