Come and relax in our beautiful 110 m2 cottage, renovated in 2022, by the sea, located on the Hillion peninsula, in the heart of a nature reserve, 700 meters from the beach and 400 meters from the customs trails (GR34). The 6-seater Jacuzzi, heated to 37°C all year round, is exclusively reserved for you! The space You will appreciate the calm and great comfort of our cottage as well as the SPA that will be exclusively reserved for you. The beach and hiking trails are within walking distance, 5 minutes away! Our 110 m2 accommodation, completely refurbished in 2021-2022, is intended for 6 people. It is equipped: - Ground floor: Large living room with seating area and dining table. A fully equipped new kitchen with central island. Toilet. - Floor (with sea view): 2 comfortable bedrooms with new bedding 160*200. 1 comfortable bedroom with new bedding 2x80*200 or possibility 160*200. New bathroom with double shower. Toilet. - WiFi with fiber (remote work possible). Sheets and towels included (only towels for the jacuzzi and the beach are to be provided). Baby equipment available on request. - Exterior: New 6-seater Jacuzzi, covered, heated all year round at 37°, exclusively reserved for vacationers, on a private wooden terrace of 50 m2 with outdoor shower + garden furniture. A covered terrace of 18 m2. An outbuilding of 20 m2. - Courtyard and private parking. - Possible services (with surcharge): * hot shell massage by a professional who comes to the Gîte. * end-of-stay cleaning: €100. We also rent a beautiful villa for 10 people with a heated indoor pool next to the cottage. Possibility of combining the 2 rentals. Please let us know if you have any further questions. You can make the most of your day, to really have 2 days on site!😉 Other things to note The Gîte is at the back of a courtyard, which promotes calm and your well-being. However, we ask that you be respectful of the neighborhood, especially after 10pm. For any reservation from 5/29/2024, cleaning is no LONGER INCLUDED in the rate of your stay; we leave it to you to pick it up and return the rental to us as you found it on arrival. If you'd like, we can take care of it for an additional fee of €100. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional €100.
