Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home, including the private rear garden and direct gated access to one of Notting Hill's iconic communal gardens. Other things to note Please note, to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, we have a few rules: No parties, pets, candles, or smoking permitted on the property. Thank you for respecting these guidelines and helping us maintain a tranquil environment. Access to the Communal Gardens: We want all our guests to enjoy the serene beauty of our Communal Gardens. To ensure everyone's enjoyment and safety, we kindly ask that all residents and guests adhere to the Communal Garden rules: Respectful Hours: Access to the Communal Gardens is available from sunrise to 9:00 PM daily. Please refrain from being in the gardens after 9:00 PM to maintain the tranquility of the space for all residents and guests. No Parties or Large/Noisy Gatherings: While we encourage socialising and enjoying the outdoors, we ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings in the Communal Gardens. This helps maintain a peaceful atmosphere and ensures everyone can relax and unwind without disturbance. Supervised Children: For the safety of all residents and guests, children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the Communal Gardens. We want children to enjoy the space safely and respectfully, while also ensuring a peaceful environment for others to relax in. Leashed Dogs Only: We welcome furry friends to enjoy the gardens with you, but please ensure they are kept on a leash at all times. This is for the safety of all residents and guests, as well as the local wildlife and vegetation.
