Nestled on a hillside overlooking the tributary to the Potomac this glammed out cottage has everything you need for a romantic getaway. Immersed just outside the tall glass walls is a private deck overlooking a forest. This property is from our Waterford reservations collection you might get lucky and see a couple of bald eagles on your visit. Enjoy indoor or outdoor shower. The space This is 5-Star live-able art, was built from years of reclaimed lumber and timber raised and cut on the property and constructed to be private. Your only complaint will be having to go home the next day :). Enjoy the back porch that overlooks the creek, or start a fire in the fire pit next to treehouse cottage. *You are welcome to burn anything from the woods, but we do recommend bringing firewood for the firepit Stroll along nearby trails that lead to streams and small waterfalls. So that our cleaning staff can dedicate time to washing every piece of linen and sanitizing all surfaces we ask that you remove all trash and a few other things upon departing to help us stay safe as well. Our cleaning team is not available for early arrival for Airbnb bookings Guest access The entire cottage, driveway and fire pit area are exclusive to this property for our guest to enjoy Other things to note Steep steps and loft style bedroom. The driveway can be difficult if more than 1 vehicle. Near the woods, there are animals, bugs, and prone to brown marmorated stink bug in the early fall season. We are a PET-FRIENDLY rental and charge a minimal pet fee. However, please note that if there is excessive pet hair left on our linens, an automatic $100 fee will be applied. We recommend not allowing your pets on the furniture or bedding. If the comforter and linens are covered in pet hair, they might need to be thrown out completely. We will do everything, we can to assist you so that this is not an issue. Responsible pet owners should have no problems—we travel everywhere with our lab! Interne, Electricity, Tv, Road Conditions, Snow, Ice etc. cannot be guaranteed if there is a problem with the provider. The reservation must match the amount of guest at any time. No Exterior Loud Noise or No Gatherings or Parties of any kind, and no non-registered guests should be one the property at any time.
