Four Season Waterfront Getaway for the whole family! The space Steps away from the Columbia River the property boasts a large grass lawn. Bring all your toys with a private boat launch onsite and a dock. Your whole family will spend all the summer days on the only private sandy beach in the area!! Soak in the 6 person hot tub spa with mountains and river views. Relax in the outdoor sauna (fits 5 people). In winter enjoy breathtaking snowy days by the indoor fireplace. Dip in the river for the polar cold plunge and back to the hot tub and outdoor sauna! Cozy waterfront cabin is roughly 1300 sq feet. The main level includes a medium size master bedroom with an ensuite bath and a queen size bed with mountain and river views. The second bedroom is also a queen size bed with garden and mountain views. Continuing on the main level is a fully stocked kitchen and a living room with wood fireplace and mountain and river views from large windows all around. One of the main features of the house is the large covered patio overlooking the river and mountains. The loft level has two bedrooms with queen size beds and river and mountain views. The loft includes a large comfy couch and a TV. There is a window AC to give relief for the upper level in the summer. Leaving the bedroom doors cracked open even a little will bring lots of cool air into the bedrooms. Privacy and magnificent views for all ages. 1 minute from Chelan Butte road and the breathtaking trails and views of the Columbia River, Lake Chelan and the whole valley. 15 min from Chelan for all the wineries and local eats. Or bring all your groceries and never leave for the duration of your trip. Everything you need to relax is here. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property. Private: beach, dock, boat launch, hot tub, outdoor fire pit and propane grill. Sauna operation: The light switch is on the back side of the sauna (exterior). Heater is turned on from inside the sauna on the heating element towards the bottom. Turn knob to the first “1” option. This heats sauna for one hour. Continue resetting to “1” for additional hours as needed for your enjoyment. Do not go past first "1" option, those are timers for delayed start only. Sauna can take 30-60 minutes to heat up initially. Grill: Ensure grill is clean fully and cover replaced after use. The basement level access from the outside, is storage for operation of the property. No guest access. Other things to note $1000 fine for breaking house rules. STR #000725
