Beautiful condo on the Beach with Heated Pool, Pickleball, free WiFi & parking!

Our 4th floor condo in building A has an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, butcher block island with 3 bar stools, plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils and small appliances (listed below). The bedroom has a King size Serta pillow top mattress, bedding, dresser, desk with chair, nightstands, ceiling fan with wall mounted 32' TV. There is a room divider to separate the bedroom from the living area. Full memory foam sleeper sofa in living area, has 55' TV and DVD player. The Bathroom has a 36 inch vanity with granite top. a new 5 ft tiled walk-in shower, sliding glass mirrored closets doors, with a large closet that has plenty of towels for your use! For your convenience we also have beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, noodles, and games, videos and books! Estero Beach and Tennis Club is situated on 10 lush tropical acres at the southern end of Fort Myers with 7 miles of the finest white sand in the world. Walk out your back door and enjoy the wildlife that can be seen in the estuary on the way to the beach. We have a beautiful heated pool, New tennis and pickleball courts, gas grills, shuffleboard and a laundry area. If you choose to go off the property no worries, you dont need a car or taxi, simply walk across the street to Santina Plaza and enjoy many restaurants and shopping. There is a 7 Eleven and CVS right next door. Fish Tale Marina also across the street where you can rent boats, kayaks, and do dolphin tours! If your looking for more adventure you can take the island trolley for 75 cents which stops right in front of our place and takes you up and down the 7 miles of Ft Myers Beach. To the north end is the popular Time Square and to the south is Lovers Key State park. There is also a Publix grocery store 2 miles north. Fort Myers is centrally located, only minutes to Bonita/Naples to the South and Sanibel/Captiva to the north. You will never run out of things to do! We are just 29 miles from Fort Myers Airport.
