The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home, along with both drip and Keurig coffee makers to start your mornings. Step outside to your own backyard retreat featuring a private hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, hammock, boho swings, outdoor dining, and a fully fenced yard where kids and dogs can safely play while everyone else unwinds. Sleeping Arrangements • Upstairs: Primary King Suite, three additional bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. • Downstairs: Two private bedrooms and one full bathroom—ideal for extended family or guests wanting extra privacy. Guest access You will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3,000 sq. ft. house and its amenities. This includes all 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, dedicated workspace, wraparound patio, and the entire fenced-in backyard. Please note, the garage and a few designated owner's closets will remain locked and are not available for guest use. Other things to note We have thoughtfully designed The Estate on 68 to be a place where families and friends can gather, reconnect, and create lasting memories. Dave Chappelle's Summer Camp: Located just 3 miles away, our home is one of the closest large group accommodations for guests attending Summer Camp events. Events & Gatherings: Small gatherings may be considered with prior approval. Events with more than the 14 registered overnight guests on the property may require an additional event and/or cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking. Pets: Dogs are welcome for a $100 fee per pet, per stay. Please include pets in your reservation before check-in. Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges. Backyard: The backyard is fully fenced, making it a great space for children and dogs to enjoy. Adult supervision is always recommended.
