Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3,000 sq. ft. house and its amenities. This includes all 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living areas, the dedicated workspace, the wraparound patio, and the entire fenced-in backyard with its fire pit and playground. The garage and a few designated owner's closets will remain locked and are not available for guest use. Other things to note We are happy to allow dogs. A pet fee of $100 per pup is required. We do not allow dogs on our furniture however as our couch in velvet. If the furniture has any damage an additional fee will be charged.
