The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a sauna), a kitchen and a large living and dining area with a fireplace. The downstairs bedroom has a large double bed, and there is also a spacious modern shower room and a storage room with a washing machine. The two other bedrooms on the upper floor can also accommodate 2 people each. You will sleep here either in the other bedroom with a large double bed or in the other bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom upstairs awaits with a shower, bathtub and sauna. The house is heated with underfloor heating from a heat pump. From the small gallery on the upper floor, you can look directly down to the living area. At the wooden table with its 6 dining seats you sit comfortably…maybe not just for dinner The small kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: From coffee maker, Senseo, Sodastream, toaster, egg cooker, oven, microwave… and the things that were not listed, everything is ready. Now it's time to go outside: Ankerherz offers space for 3 cars. With the "Wallbox" you can charge your electric car right outside the front door. A lockable bicycle shed adjacent to the house offers space for bicycles, strollers, etc. On the covered terrace there is summer seating, as well as a grill, and you have your very own area due to the demarcation by a fence to the neighbor and to our property. A high chair and crib are also available free of charge. In addition to rest and relaxation, there are also many activities that you can use to make yourself and your children happy. Fedderwardersiel has a small museum and you can also take a trip from here directly with the "Wega 2." In Bremerhaven, which is not very far away, it is worth a trip to the Climate House, Emigration Museum, Zoo am Meer and more.
