Three large windows frame the Ohio River from the living space, the king bedroom has its own river view, and your private balcony overlooks the water and Liberty Landing. The full apartment combines two connected spaces, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a main kitchen, and a second coffee and tea area with a dedicated workspace and charging dock. The game room has a foosball table and an arcade game for time together indoors. You will also have an in-unit washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, and Smart TVs. Original details, including hardwood floors in the primary bedroom, recall the Springer House’s 1893 history. Sleeping arrangements: king bedroom with river view, queen bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and trundle, and a queen pullout sofa. The apartment accommodates up to eight guests.
