The common areas are huge with lots of natural light. Backyard fenced with seating and BBQ grill. Guest access Guest able to access all areas except the attic and garage. No acces to large black glass cabinet Care taker of property lives in guest house. Completely independent from property. Other things to note Laundry facility available for 7 days long term stays or more with a $50 fee per week If you need to use facility for short term a $50 fee applies.per week We charge extra fee if linens are stained with hair dyes or makeup that cannot be removed . We charge extra fee for additional guests More than 9 we charge extra cleanimg fee if outside grounds are left dirty . $150 fee charged if smoking in the home . And if home is left with abundance of trash and cleaning extra fees will be charged. We charge a laundry fee of $100 per week .due to price increases in water amd electric bills
