Minutes from Downtown Atlanta, and the Atlanta Braves Stadium! City in a Forest! The space PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! iS IS THIS PROPERTY A GOOD FIT FOR YOU? Our two bedroom (715 Sq ft) guest suite is attached to our main house by a closed and locked door. It's completely private, no shared spaces with private entrance! This space is ideal for SHORT stays. We offer several bunk beds designed specifically for children/teens. If your party is adults only and you're looking for a large hotel style suite or large home, this might not be the stay for you. The value we provide is PRIME LOCATION, FREE PARKING, PRIVATE AND QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD, A KITCHENETTE AND FREE NETFLIX. The bedrooms and full bathroom are spacious. Please note that the living area is combined with kitchenette (dorm style), therefore EXPECT A SMALL LIVING AREA (see pictures for furniture set up). BEDDING: -Both larger beds are medium firm mattresses. -The Queen bed has: New memory foam Queen mattress from Certipur-us. -Full size bed: Has a medium firm memory foam mattress topper. Guest access Access to patio, guest suite and parking are all located at the rear of the home. >>There are signs to point guests towards where the apartment is along with detailed check-in instructions. >>Please be advised that the path towards the entrance of the guest suite has a step (that leads to pathway) and PATHWAY MADE OUT OF GARDNE STEPPING STONES OVER MULCH. As a result, small children and anyone with a physical disability might need guidance. If this applies to you, please message host. Other things to note NAVIGATING OUR DRIVEWAY: Guests are NOT allowed to drive REVERSE on the driveway at any time! The driveway is steep and difficult to navigate. Only vehicles that belong to the guests are able to access driveway. UBERS/LYFTS/TAXI/FRIEND PICK-UPS: For guests who are getting a ride via Uber/Lyft, taxi, cab, or from friend/family, the driver must stop the street level. TRASH & RECYCLING: The city of Sandy Springs does not require compost or recycling for residents. You must do this on your own. There is a large black trash bin located outside of the guest suite apartment for your use. NO PARTIES/LOUD MUSIC. You are a guest in our home. Please be mindful of this. As noted in another area of our listing as required by Airbnb, we have cameras in multiple places around the exterior of our home as a way to protect ourselves, our dog, our guests, and our home. SURROUNDING AREAS OF PROPERTY: Our property is located in a "CITY IN A FOREST" therefore expect to see occasional animals/insects native to Atlanta:🦌🦝🦊🪳🦟. Our property is serviced with regular treatment and professional pest control.
