For weekend rentals (excluding school holidays), check-in is between 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Friday/or Saturday morning and check-out on Sunday before 6 p.m. Outdoor parking is possible along the villa. The space Villa on 2 floors: - Ground floor with TV lounge/game room, living room and connecting dining room (the dining table can accommodate 10/12 people maximum) with bay window overlooking the garden, large kitchen with garden access (very well equipped) with a dining table for 5 people, 1 toilet. - 1st floor: 1 master suite (large bedroom with a 180 x 190 bed + 1 dressing room and 1 bathroom with sink, bathtub and toilet). 1 bedroom (140 x 190 bed) equipped with a sink. A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. - 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (140 x 190 bed) + 1 bed (90 x 190). 1 bedroom (180 x 190 bed). 1 bedroom (2 90 x 190 beds) equipped with a sink. 1 bedroom (90 x 190 bed). A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. An outdoor garden and terrace with garden furniture. Bath mats and tea towels provided. Mattress covers, pillows + pillowcases and duvet on each bed We do not provide linens and towels. A trusted person welcomes you upon arrival and departure. They will give you details on how the villa works. The cleaning on your exit will be carried out by the trusted person. Deckchairs, washer and dryer are located in the basement. Other things to note During school holidays, rental is usually from Saturday to the following Saturday. For weekends (excluding school holidays), arrival on Friday late afternoon or Saturday morning with a departure on Sunday late afternoon. We ask you to: - to respect the neighborhood (no noise after 10 p.m.) - to respect the premises by taking care of the furniture, decoration and equipment offered. - to take out the trash cans on the sidewalk when you check out - no pets allowed Parking: - Possibility to park 2 vehicles along the villa. Street parking has been paid since 04/01/2024 for the high season period (from 04/01 to 10/31 of the calendar year every day of the week), including holidays. Yard: A wooden garden table with a maximum capacity of 10-12 people, chairs are at your disposal during the spring-summer season. A Weber barbecue is accessible under the terrace.
