Welcome to Awesome on Autumn. Our updated end-unit townhome is located in the heart of Madison in a quiet, transitioning community. Our home features a sunny enclosed patio and large bedrooms that are perfect for a family, with TVs in each room! We welcome stays of all lengths! Located within a few minutes from the Toyota Field, Redstone Arsenal, U.S. Space & Rocket Center, Research Park, MidCity District, Lowe Mill, Stovehouse, Campus 805, and downtown. Our updated townhome provides a comfortable stay for anyone looking to visit the Madison/Huntsville area. Inside, you will find a spacious and open layout. The living area has two couches and a large TV. The dining area connects the kitchen and living room. Once in the kitchen, you will find it is fully equipped so you can enjoy a home-cooked meal during your travels! The master bedroom is also on the first floor, it has a king sized bed and a TV. The additional two bedrooms are upstairs. One of the rooms is fitted with 2 full sized beds, the other has a queen and a futon. There are two full bathrooms, both are fitted with a tub and shower. Awesome on Autumn has a few features that set it apart from the rest! We provide two separate desks to make life easier for our guests that work remote! Additionally, there is a beautiful sunroom, it is the ideal spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or relax after a long day! Plus, we have 4 designated parking spots! Please be our guest, we would love to host you! The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. We like to provide our guests with maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free self check-in. Just know that we are a quick phone call or message away should you need anything during your stay! Located less than 2 miles from major grocery stores, restaurants, and Toyota Field! This location provides easy access to the interstate and highways! Our home is located in a residential area, so driving is recommended, however Uber and Lyft are readily available as well. We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. No Smoking or vaping in the house or sunroom.
