The unit has 2 reserved parking spaces & access to storage downstairs for your beach items. There is an outdoor shower & beach towels provided for your use. Direct beach access is right beside the building & there is a lifeguard station directly behind the condo on the beach. There is an elevator right outside your door to make moving luggage and groceries a breeze. This unit is not ADA compliant.
