Maison Cerisier - the smallest of our 2 gites which sleeps 5. Has been awarded 4* rating by Charente Maritime Tourist Board. Can be booked with our other gite to sleep 13 in total. All bed linen and towels are provided. Welcome basket on arrival and pool towels provided. ** 3 night minimum stays available September - June** The space Maison Cerisier - is the ideal place to recharge your batteries and offers an oasis of calm. It has a spacious living room with 2 large sofas, wood burner, electric radiators, Amazon fire stick for TV, DVD & BOSE bluetooth sound system, an extensive library of reading material, children's toys and DVD's. The original stable doors have been replaced by a beautiful arched window . The kitchen is through from the lounge under a sandstone archway and is fully fitted with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, built in cooker, ceramic hob, coffee machines, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster and ample crockery, cutlery and glasses. Through double doors the dining area leads to a sunny child secure terrace with table & chairs /BBQ with views of the pool. Upstairs with its exposed beams - has 2 bedrooms - one has 3 single beds - but 2 can be made into a double - and the master bedroom has a super king bed, juliette balcony with views of the pool. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and hand basin. There are 2 main gardens - one with Summer House with table and chairs, a playhouse, hammock and fully enclosed roman ended 10m x 5m pool and the other one containing an old apple tree with swing and football and basketball nets. It is an ideal area to play tennis/badminton. There is a separate Games Barn with pool table, snooker table, ping pong, table football, dartboard, tennis/badminton rackets, boules and bikes to use (child seats and headgear available) Chill out, sunbathe, relax, sit in the surrounding tranquil woodland by the slow running stream that runs at the bottom of the garden, listening to bird song and watching out for the deer. This holiday will feel like a home from home with beautiful weather, a wonderful swimming pool, a games room and playhouse which will keep your children occupied.
