Beautiful Casper Home on Golf Course 3 bed, 3 bath

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath house in Casper, WY on the 9th green of private golf course (Paradise Valley Country Club). Perfect vacation house for you, your family, and friends! Two bedrooms and two baths upstairs with a beautiful open floor plan. Full kitchen with island bar. Recently finished basement complete with a living room including gas fireplace, bar, and seating for four, one guest bedroom and bathroom. This is our primary residence which we rent out when available and we keep some of our belongings in closets and drawers. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with our clothes and the drawers have our belongings. There is space in the second closet that is cleared for guests. The guest bedroom on the main floor has some items in the closet, but ample room for guests' items. The drawers are clear for use. The third bedroom in the basement has some storage items in the closet, but again ample space for guests' belongings. All drawers are clear for use. In the basement, we have a private office which will be locked. We recently finished the patio with beautiful furniture and landscaping including a fountain with the wonderful sound of running water. The patio overlooks the 9th green and fairway of the golf course. There are a Traeger and gas grill available for use as well as a propane fire pit for use in the Spring/Fall for three-season use of the patio. If you are interested in golfing, we can help arrange tee times for you to enjoy the course. The entire home is accessible beside the private office which is locked. Again, this is our primary residence, but we will not be there during your stay. We do house our friends golf cart in the garage and he may pick it up during your stay (Spring/Summer/Fall). He understands our rental arrangement and will never enter the house. We strive to give our guests privacy. We may have someone stop by to water our plants and have a golf cart in the garage which may be used during your stay. Otherwise, we are available by AirBNB message and text/phone and always have someone in the area if there are troubles. The neighborhood is very quiet. Our home is located at the end of our street bordered by the golf course. We have very little traffic but during the season many golfers along the course. Casper does not have a great public transportation system. Our home is located in Paradise Valley which is on the Westside of town. To see the majority of sites in and around Casper will require transportation (car/truck/etc). Our home is your home! We hope you enjoy staying!
