Mariners Landing has it all - gorgeous views, family fun amenities, and more! Similar to a standard hotel room, they offer one bed, kitchenette, dinette, and bathroom. This condo is perfect for up to 2 guests. The space This studio is located in the second building on the first floor -same floor as when you come in from the parking lot. They are the only rooms that face the parking lot since they are the smallest accommodation that we offer here at the Pointe. (We also have one, two and three bedroom condos with different bedding options - check out our other listings or contact Mariners Landing Hospitality directly.) This condo is equipped with a kitchenette which has all the utensils and appliances needed to cook and serve meals. There is a mini refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a 2 burner stove top. Linens are included in your rental as well. We suggest bringing extra beach towels so you do not have to cut into your bathing towels as there is not daily housekeeping. This unit has a king bed and is perfect for up to 2 guests. Guest access All guests have access to all of the amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court (equipment not included), playground, game room, walking trails, private beach, etc. There is also an 18-hole golf course on site; clubs not rented, contact Mariners Landing Golf Course for more pricing and tee times. There are also a boat launch and complimentary floater docks during the day time. Please let us know if you will be keeping a watercraft in the water overnight so we can provide you with proper tags at the front desk along with taking payment for slip rental. Other things to note There are highways nearby and mile markers on the lake to get you to nearby restaurants, gift shops, and sight seeing. We have boat rentals on site through Mariners Landing Boat Rentals (a branch of Bridgewater Marina). We have a restaurant on site, Heath's Waterfront Grill, that is open Wednesday-Friday 5PM-10PM, Saturday 11AM-11PM, Sunday 11AM-8PM (OPEN APRIL-OCTOBER). Please note that the closest full grocery store (Food Lion) is 10-12 minutes away and a convenience store with a deli about 3 minutes away. When our restaurant is not open or for different style restaurants, the Westlake area has the majority of the lake's restaurants and activities that is about 20 minutes away. All things listed are easy to get to as we can give guests a guide for attractions and restaurants.
