This Studio Condo has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 2 on the 1st floor. All Pointe buildings have an elevator and a coded entry for security. This unit offers a king size bed. Has Tv w/ Cable and Wi-Fi. The Kitchenette has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Included in the kitchenette: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels. All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience. Unit offers a small dining table for two. There is a Dollar General Marketplace close to the Subdivision entrance for any last-minute needs. Mariners Landing Hospitality has no control over the amenities or restaurants at Mariners Landing. Outdoor Pools are usually open Memorial Day through Labor Day but not guaranteed.
