We look forward to welcoming you personally! The space Your accommodation Welcome to Obere Juchhe! Our guesthouse is spread over two floors and accommodates up to 12 guests. During your stay, the entire guesthouse is exclusively yours and your group’s. Many of our guests live in different parts of Germany. Thanks to our central location, Obere Juchhe is therefore a great meeting place for families, friends and groups who want to spend quality time together. On the ground floor you will find the spacious and cosy kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a large worktop. The living area has a large dining table, a bar and a TV. There is plenty of space to eat together, chat and enjoy a relaxed evening. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms and a spacious apartment. The four double bedrooms vary in size and each has its own bathroom and wardrobe. The two larger rooms also have their own seating area. In three of the four rooms, the beds can be arranged as two separate single beds if preferred. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, two additional living rooms and its own kitchen. Both living rooms have a comfortable sofa and dining area, and one has a TV. The master bedroom has access to the spacious bathroom. The apartment also has a large balcony. There are five bathrooms in total. Bed linen and towels are included. Garden The spacious garden has several comfortable seating areas, both in the sun and in the shade. There is also a covered seating area for the evenings. A mobile barbecue is available and can be used in different areas of the garden. For children, there are play areas where they can play and explore under supervision. Cook yourselves or let us take care of the food You decide how you want to spend your time together. You can prepare your own meals and enjoy cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen – or leave the food to us. On request, we offer a breakfast buffet and freshly prepared buffets for your group. Personal hospitality We live in a separate private area of the house and are happy to welcome you personally. This means you have the entire guesthouse to yourselves, while we are nearby whenever you need us or would like tips about the local area. Guest access During your stay, you have the entire guesthouse exclusively for your group. This includes all guest bedrooms, the apartment, living areas, kitchens and the garden. There is ample parking available on our private property. We also have a spacious, covered garage within the house where you can safely store bicycles, motorcycles and other equipment. The garden and the various seating areas around the house are also fully available to you. We live in a separate part of the house. Our private area and the guesthouse are separate, giving you plenty of freedom and privacy while allowing us to be nearby as your hosts whenever you need us. The house is yours – and we’re here when you need us. Other things to note Our guesthouse accommodates up to 12 guests, including children and babies. Please note that the bedrooms and apartment are located on the first floor and can only be reached by stairs. For this reason, our accommodation is only partially suitable for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users. We have a dog of our own. Unfortunately, other dogs are not allowed at our accommodation. As we live on the property, we are happy to welcome you personally and are available if you need anything. At the same time, the guesthouse is entirely yours and your group’s during your stay.
