This cozy home is located in the small town of Grottoes, Virginia nestled between the shade of an old Oak tree, Maple tree, and Pine Trees. It sits on approximately three acres with a large field behind the house where kids can run and play. In the Spring and Summer, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the rose garden in the back yard. Karen's Home Place is a perfect location for those who want to get away, relax and unwind from the busyness of life. The space There are some beautiful old trees located at my old home place and in the summer you can sit in the shade of the old oak tree or sit on the back patio and grille your favorite burger or steak. Grottoes has a beautiful town park just minutes down the road with a walking trail by the river.
