Otter Spotter on the Water is a dog friendly cottage. Please bring your dogs bedding and favorite toy with you, it is appreciated that you do not allow your dogs on the furniture and bedding. With all the comforts of home, Otter Spotter on the Water is the perfect retreat for your next beach adventure. You will receive your door access code and wi-fi information at time of check-in. The impressive outdoor space features a large sun deck with 180-degree water views and equipped with a propane BBQ grill. Dance barefoot in the plush yard, s’more it up around the firepit, go for dip in the hot-tub, or bring your drinks down to enjoy the sunset on the 20’x10’ dock! Perfect for relaxing with friends and family. Open concept living, with a gas fireplace and a 55” smart TV with cable and pre-loaded streaming apps and local cable. The upscale kitchen has solid wood cabinetry, quartz counter tops with a large breakfast bar peninsula. Well stocked with high-quality cookware, a variety of spices and proper utensils, you will have everything needed to prepare a fabulous meal. Just off the kitchen is a large wood table with seating for 6-8 On the main floor is a master bedroom including a king size bed, an attached private bathroom with a walk-in shower and equipped with a 42” smart TV with cable. Heading upstairs you’ll find a second master bedroom with a king bed and attached private bathroom with walk-in shower. A third bedroom, also with a king bed overlooking the canal and equipped with a 42” smart TV as well as a full guest bathroom just outside the door. The 4th bedroom comes with a twin bunkbed and one queen bed. There is one queen-size air mattress. Perfect for large or multiple families. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE The beach is a ten-minute stroll through the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area. While staying at Oyhut Bay Seaside Village enjoy a delicious meal and craft cocktails at the Oyhut Bay Grill, grab a glass of wine or pint of beer at Corks and Taps (50ft away), shop for groceries for your stay and enjoy the ‘best cookies ever’ from the Oyhut Bay Market and Bakery, and make sure to stop by our other retail shops throughout the village. Oyhut Bay Seaside Village is built on the edge of the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area. Often called the “natural side” of Ocean Shores, this area offers miles of sea level hiking. Bring your camera for some wonderful nature photography. Oyhut Bay provides access to 26 miles of fresh-water canals for kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding. Even on the rainiest of beach days, there is something for everyone at Oyhut Bay. Enjoy a relaxing fire in the fireplace and a good book. There are no bad days at the beach.
