LOFT Features 75” HDTV Main Floor Living Room: Features open floor plan with 85” HDTV Comfortable Leather Sofa Spacious living room offers plenty of seating and views of the lake. Great for entertaining! Dining Area: Dining table seats 8 comfortably. Beautiful chandelier lighting Kitchen: The spacious kitchen has a walk-in pantry and features all stainless steel appliances: Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Gas Stove, Dishwasher. For your convinience in the pantry you will find: Kettle, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Blender, Waffle maker, Hand mixer, Hand blender, 8qt slow Cooker, Rice & Grain Multicooker, Air Fryer Toaster Oven. Filter for drinking water in the refrigerator INCLUDED. Plus, a Keurig Coffee Machine, Nespresso Coffee Machine, and Traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans) for coffee lovers. Many different and unusual kinds of coffee and teas are also provided. Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring cups and more. We also provide spices, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Bathrooms: The bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron. House Supplies: Home is stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry pods. Guest access Guests will have full access to home, garage, backyard, and pool/spa WITH THE EXCEPTION OF the closet upstairs and the first floor hall closet. Other things to note Please note that we have surveillance cameras on the property. These cameras are all located on the exterior of the house ONLY, not in private areas. On the kitchen counter, you’ll find a tri-fold folder with all the community rules, house rules, check-in instructions, emergency numbers, Wi-Fi info. It is your responsibility to inform your guests of these rules and make sure they comply regardless if they are day/overnight guests of yours. CHECK-IN TIME and CHECK-OUT TIME: Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM on every reservation. Check out time 11 am. An additional charge will be added for any non-approved late check-outs ($50 per hour). It can be flexible if you ask ahead of time. LATE DEPARTURE WITHOUT APPROVAL: If you have not vacated the premises by 11:00 am without prior approval for a later check-out time, you will be charged $50 per hour. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay overnight is limited to 12 and or the number of guests stated at the time of booking and or on contract. Having last-minute guests stay the night that are not listed may or may not be possible depending on how many guests you already have, and fees will be incurred. If you are found having extra guests or found that you had an extra guest(s) who are not listed or haven’t discussed it with the owner prior to your arrival, your stay will be terminated and you will be asked to leave immediately. Your payment for your stay and deposit will not be refunded. NOISE DISTURBANCES: Quiet time is from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Please be respectful of all neighbors. Noise travels easily on the lake and we require that our guests be respectful. If we receive any complaints, we will attempt to contact you once to request that you reduce the level of noise. If noise continues you may be asked to vacate the property without any refund. LAKE RULES: NO SWIMMING IN THE LAKE. You will forfeit your stay if you do swim, and you will not be refunded the amount of funds already paid for your stay. You will be asked to leave. PARKING: There is NO street parking allowed unless we SAFELIST the vehicle with security. There is parking for about 2 cars in the driveway and 1 space in the garage. All cars must first utilize the garage and driveway first before parking in the street. If you end up parking on the street with permission, you must park in with the flow of traffic. If you park in the street and do not follow this rule or if you park in the street without permission from the property manager, it is a $200 fee per car per day. When parking in the street, please provide the first and last name of the vehicle owner, make, and model, color, and license plate to the property manager. EARLY DEPARTURE/EVICTION POLICY: NO REFUNDS for early departure and/or eviction in any circumstance. POOL/SPA HEAT FEE: If you would like pool heat added to your reservation, please let your property manager know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival. We do charge a fee of $75/night if you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees from October to May. NO SMOKING POLICY: All our properties are non-smoking. There will be an extra cleaning fee UP TO $2,500 which will be added if this rule is broken. Smoking is permitted outside only with the kitchen slider, doors, and windows all closed. PET(s) Policy. - Please let us know if you are going to be accompanied by a service dog. Service dogs up to 20 Lb are welcome. We allow for up to two pets at the property for a fee of $150 per pet & $500 refundable pet damage deposit added to your reservation and you will also still be responsible for any damages the service animal does during the duration of the stay. Guests must comply with these requirements: -Pets are NOT permitted in the pool/spa at any time -Pets are NOT allowed in the bedrooms -Pets are NOT allowed on the beds or on furniture -Pets cannot be left unattended on the property -Please clean after pets appropriately -Please note, if any extra cleaning after pets will be required, $50 per/hour will be deducted from the damage deposit. Pets must NOT be allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest’s control. This also goes for any guests that you may have over that brings a service animal. Penal code 367.5 will be enforced. BEDS: Do not make the beds. Leave all beds as is. KITCHEN: Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on the counter. Please rinse off the dishes, place them in the dishwasher, and start it. DOORS/WINDOWS: Please make sure all doors are locked before leaving. THERMOSTAT: Please leave both thermostats set to 80 before your check-out. DIRTY LINENS: Please gather all your towels and place them in the laundry, and start a load if you can before leaving. We would appreciate it. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $800 - The guest doesn't pay the deposit when they make the reservation. Instead, the guest will be charged if a host makes a claim on their security deposit. *Damage to the property, items in or around property grounds and / or furnishings; *Dirt or other mess requiring extra cleaning; or extra cleaning due to extra guests, and / or cleaning, item(s) replacement do due to pet(s) or pet damage *Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay *Property manager visit(s) *Having more guests than listed on the rental rental agreement BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for any belongings left behind after departure, no matter the value. Please make sure you check for all belongings before you depart the property. TRASH: Bag all your trash and place it in the trash bins located on the side. For your convenience, plastic trash bag liners are under the sink. Trash will be picked up every Tuesday, and Roll-Out service is provided. WEATHER CONDITIONS: Guests are responsible for checking driving and weather forecasts in preparation for desert conditions at various times of the year, including, but not limited to, fog, wind, rain, storms, etc. We do not refund due to weather conditions, road closures, driver's abilities, or vehicle limitations. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind, no matter the value. If you leave something behind, we will not ship it to you unless you provide a label and mailing instructions along with providing insurance on any item that you want to be shipped back. We are not responsible for any item we ship to you that does not make it to its destination. The fee for shipping an item to you even if you provide a label is $50. Any item over 5 lbs. will have to be picked up by you personally. THEFT OR DAMAGE: In the event of theft from or damage to the property caused during my stay, I authorize the owners upon inspection, to notify me and charge my credit card for up to $5,000 to cover repair or replacement of property. Check out instructions: During the following festivals: (Coachella, Stagecoach, Desert Trip), the cleaning fee is $395, and the damage deposit is $1900. NO SUBLEASING! RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT. Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. All the homes are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or their facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. If you leave any items behind, we will not be responsible for the item(s), and we will not be responsible for shipping them to you. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
