Just take your things and go. -Bedrooms- The property has 2 beautifully designed bedrooms, all with floor-to-ceiling views that open right up to the outdoor space. There is also a baby crib available, which can be set up upon request. -Kitchen- The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs – with a Nespresso coffee maker (pods included), cooking basics (oil, salt & pepper), top-grade cookware, appliances like a toaster and a blender, and dishwasher. Dining table sits up to 6. -Workstations- The property has super fast WiFi (typically 300+ mbps) and two amazing state-of-the-art workstations that look out onto the mountain views, helping you find new inspiration. Each are complete with a 38” monitor, 4K camera, high-quality microphone and ergonomic desk chair. WiFi also extends outside if you want to work poolside or from the daybed. -Living Space- The living area has a comfortable couch, speakers to play music and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or movies. There is are two reading chairs with an electric fireplace. -Outdoors- The private outdoor area is massive and complete with lounge chairs, a daybed, fire pit, a grill and of course: the beautiful lap pool (open in warmer months) and hot tub (open year-round). You’ll love hanging out here! -Bathrooms- The home has two full bathrooms, each connected to a bedroom. We provide luxury bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), premium towels and robes, and even a Dyson hair dryer in the primary bedroom – your hair will never look better! -24/7 Concierge- We are available for our guests 24/7 via our Concierge leading up to and throughout your stay to answer your questions and provide support. Other things to note POOL AVAILABILITY & HEATING: The pool is open during the warmer months from mid-April to October 14th. If confirmed available, there is a $150/day fee for pool heating at this home. Once the heating fee is settled, the pool will be set to an auto-non-adjustable 77-82°F degrees to avoid bacterial growth. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you want the pool heated for your stay between the months mentioned. Note: Pool service is scheduled every Tuesday at Wander Hudson Ridge. While we aim to minimize any inconvenience, please be aware that the service team may need to access the pool area briefly during your stay. CELL SERVICE You may experience cell service disruption in this part of New York. To ensure you have no issue with arrival, please be sure to program your GPS ahead of time in a service area. OFF-GRID HOME Wander Hudson Ridge may have limited cell reception for select carriers, so we recommend taking a screenshot of the WiFi login ahead of your arrival to avoid disruption. NO SMOKING No smoking or vaping inside. Open flames including candles are also prohibited. Exceptions are birthday candles or fire in a designated fire pit or fireplace. A fine of $1,000 will be applied to any guest found violating this policy. SAFETY NOTICE Due to ongoing dry weather, several local towns have implemented a burn ban. Please remain FIRE AWARE, as gusty winds and extremely dry conditions pose a heightened risk. We recommend refraining from any outdoor burning until conditions improve with anticipated rain. PET FEE & POLICY Our pet fee is $350 per stay (charged at check-out) and covers up to 2 dogs with a combined maximum weight of 100 lbs. The fee goes directly to the cleaner for the additional work required after a pet stay. Pets are strictly prohibited on beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, and in spa facilities.
