The space The upper unit on a duplex home, this house has two bedrooms with plenty of storage. There is a big living room and kitchen between the two bedrooms. Guest access There is one parking spot available on-site. We do not have the ability to offer additional parking, but can help you find parking in the area. Other things to note By accepting this reservation and occupying the premises, you, the guest, acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Responsibility: The Renter assumes full responsibility for any damages to the Property caused by the Renter or their guests during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries or damages caused by accidents, negligence, or any other circumstances. Hold Harmless: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the property owner(s), host(s), and their respective agents, employees, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to your use or occupancy of the property, including any personal injury or property damage sustained by you or any other person.
