This spacious two-bedroom apartment, situated on the upper level of a duplex, offers a comfortable retreat just a short 0.2-mile walk from public beach access. Whether you're looking to bask in the sun, explore local attractions, or simply unwind in a cozy setting, Ocean Breeze at Carolina Beach is the perfect getaway for your beachside vacation. Guest access • Entry through front door with keyless PIN code lock that is specific to you • Guests have access to the full upstairs apartment. Please do not enter the garage or downstairs apartment. The downstairs apartment is a separate rental unit. • Parking is available in the driveway for up to 3 cars. (Parking is limited to the left side of the driveway only.) • When pulling into the driveway & facing the house from the street, please park only on the left side of the driveway. The basement apartment is used as a small office space, and it is assigned the right side of the driveway. • No entry is permitted into the garage because it is used as office space/storage in conjunction with the basement apartment. Ice maker is also hooked up to reverse osmosis filter. • High-speed WiFi & Smart Roku TV’s • Pack ‘n’ play and high chair available if desired. Both are stored in the second bedroom closet. • 9 foot ceilings & large windows throughout the space • We supply bed linens & bath towels. Please take a moment to read through and share with your group. 🔏 Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation. 🚭 Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply. 🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests. 🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it. 🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces. 🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home. 🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation. 📜 Guests must sign rental agreement and submit ID verification Pet Policy 🐾 We’re happy to welcome dogs with prior approval! Please message us for pet approval before booking • Pets must be added to the reservation during booking • A non-refundable $150 pet fee applies per stay • Maximum of 2 dogs; no other animals permitted • Dogs must be fully housebroken • Please clean up after your pet • Dogs are not allowed on furniture or linens • No cats permitted due to a family allergy We kindly ask that you treat the home with care, as if it were your own.
