Visiting Cedar Point Amusement Park, Sports Force Park, or fishing beautiful Lake Erie there is plenty to do. Sunset cruises aboard the Goodtime are a great bet. Don't forget the Lake Erie islands Put In Bay & Kelly's Island await you. The ferry Jet Express is only 1/2 mile away. Kayak and paddle board rentals nearby as well as jet ski and boat rentals. Fisherman be sure to bring your boat. Plenty of secured parking with electric and fish cleaning table. The space This brand-new space (in 2019) offers hardwood floors throughout, a huge living area features a full kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, free Wi-Fi and a 50" smart tv. There is a large leather sectional and queen size futon that make for extra sleeping spaces. There are two large private bedrooms with queen size beds, large closets and ceiling fans. The bathroom offers a double sink and stand-up shower. There is no tub for bathing. The full kitchen will save you money on eating out! We offer a large wood, 6-person dining room table for those family meals. We have two highchairs and a portable crib available in the laundry room. You will also find an iron, ironing board as well as miscellaneous grill tools, board games, and yard games for you to use in the laundry room. We also have laundry detergent in the laundry room as well. Under your kitchen sink you will find an extra roll of paper towels, and misc. cleaning supplies. We provide you with two dishwasher pods, a sponge and some dish soap. You will also fine a first aid kit, and 2 rolls of toilet paper under the bathroom sink. In the two large island drawers there are other misc. supplies as well as some dish towels and dish cloth. Guest access You will receive a welcome message with how to enter your unit the morning of your expected arrival. This helps us limit the number of unapproved early arrivals and ensures our cleaning staff has adequate time to clean. Other things to note One pet is one dog. Upon request ONLY. There will be a $50.00 nonrefundable pet deposit. Dog will NOT be allowed to be left in the unit unattended even if it is crated.
