Welcome to SevenTwenty- a vibrant midcentury retreat in Appleton’s historic district. Designed for comfort and connection, it’s a space to unwind, soak under the stars, and enjoy modern style with vintage soul. The space SevenTwenty blends mid-century charm with modern comfort. Enjoy in-floor radiant heat, a Rumford fireplace, and split-level A/C units for perfect year-round comfort. Relax in one of three cozy outdoor spaces — the front porch lounge, a private balcony off the primary suite, or the spacious backyard with a mid-century fireplace, cushy seating, premium gas grill, and of course the hot tub :). In the winter snuggle up in the cozy dome and watch the snow flakes fall. SevenTwenty has unique experiences all year round. Inside, the fully stocked kitchen features a chef-style gas range, convection oven, and large island seating for four. The expandable dining table seats 8-10 perfect for gathering and sharing a meal. We’ve also included complimentary local coffee, refreshments, and treats. The home offers three bedrooms (all upstairs), 4 beds(King, Queen, 2 Double beds) plus 2 futons and a queen size air mattress. It also has two full baths — one with a walk-in shower(downstairs) and one with a clawfoot tub/shower(upstairs). TVs with streaming access (Netflix, Sling, AppleTV) are in each room, along with strong Wi-Fi and USB charging throughout. SevenTwenty is family-friendly, featuring a pack-and-play, high chair, baby gates (upon request) and thoughtful touches throughout. Keyless entry and clearly labeled safety features ensure a stress-free stay. Located in Appleton’s historic district, you’ll be within walking distance of downtown dining, live music, theaters, and galleries. Guest access The stairs to the attic space, garage, and basement (breaker panel) are locked, but access can be easily obtained if needed. Other things to note At SevenTwenty, we’re intentional about every choice we make — even down to the treeless toilet paper. Our goal is to minimize waste while maintaining a high standard of comfort and quality. You’ll find premium eco-friendly soaps and lotions in refillable dispensers, sustainable cleaning and laundry products, and thoughtfully selected personal care amenities throughout the house. We believe our guests will appreciate our mindful approach to consumption and help us keep unnecessary waste to a minimum.
