Located next to Champions Gate, home to two championship golf courses. Not to mention the amazing Premium Outlet mall located minutes away. This area has restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations within minutes of your door. The space The home is located in a community but it does not have the hastle of an entrance gate. There is a garage on the premises. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire home with the exceptions of an owner's closet in the home and 2 storage closets in the garage. Other things to note The pool can be heated in the winter months for $25 a day. Advanced notice and payment required before your stay. It takes an entire day to heat up the pool, therefore, this must be arranged and paid for at least 3 days before you check in. The pool will be heated for your entire stay, whether you use it or not. For longer stays, please contact me for a discount. A BBQ can be rented for $85 per week but must be used outside of the screened pool area.
