Cle Elum and Roslyn are just 10 minutes away, Suncadia only 7 minutes, and Seattle a little over an hour. The space Oakmont Pines is a new two-story modern farmhouse with three bedrooms, high-end appliances, and luxurious amenities. The cozy kitchen invites you to cook with a Wolf gas range, surrounded by custom tilework and unique mountain-inspired wallpaper. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy a game on the pickleball court at the end of the driveway, or make use of our optional RV parking with a dump station, 30/50 amp hookups, and a Level 2 EV charger for electric vehicles. *Living room-Open concept kitchen and living room with tiled gas fireplace and 55" tv and blue ray player. A sliding door gives access to the back porch and small sitting area. *Powder room - Unique stone wash basin with abstract forest wall paper. *Master bedroom - Spacious room with Cal. King bed, sitting chair, and 42" TV. The private bathroom has a fully custom shower and his/her sinks. The walk in closet has plenty of room to store all your gear. *Bedroom 2- This sophisticated room has it all; a queen bed with matching dresser, sitting chair, 42" tv and views of the golf course. A full closet is available for your use. *Bedroom 3 - This room immediately catches your attention with a unique wall paper design and a full over full bunk bed. We also have a pack and play and a mini crib in this room. If you so choose, this room is set up to watch movies on the blue ray player, play games on the x-box 360, or make use of the many board games and books available. There is also views of the golf course from this bedroom. The two twin beds are in the foyer. *Foyer- This is an open space at the top of the stairs that does not have a door. We have provided a twin trundle day bed for extra sleeping arrangements. *Bathroom 2 - This bathroom is a full size bathroom with marble tile backsplash and tub/shower combination. *Bathroom 3- features a convenient tub-shower combo, perfect for easy bathing—whether you have little ones or just want to relax with a soak! Outside, you’ll find a spacious landscape designed for relaxation and fun. A flat grass area sits perfectly beside a gravel seating area overlooking the golf course—ideal for lounging or soaking in the view. During the warmer months, enjoy the outdoor dining area, a perfect spot for alfresco meals. Once the weather turns, we tuck it away for winter to keep everything in top shape for spring. Follow the path around to the back porch and step onto the concrete walkway that leads you to the other side of the home—where the real fun begins! Here, you’ll find a hot tub (open year-round) and a large covered pergola with a gas fireplace, also overlooking the golf course. To top it all off, a toy shed stocked with gear for year-round activities ensures there’s always something to enjoy in every season. All of this is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, natural vegetation, and towering pine trees native to the area. *We provide a Level 2 EV charger compatible with Tesla and other electric vehicles, ensuring a convenient and quick charging solution during your stay! *At the end of our driveway, you'll find a pickleball court equipped with a professional, rollable net, paddles and balls—perfect for casual rallies or a friendly tournament! This court is available in fair weather; when snow and ice arrive, we store everything for guest safety, bringing it back out in the spring. When the snow and Ice have let up. This space will accommodate large RV's up to 40'. *Dogs are allowed upon approval; Two max. $35 a night total. Pickleball Availability~Our pickleball setup is available weather permitting. As temperatures drop and the possibility of ice or snow arises, the equipment will be put away for the season. It will return when the weather warms up, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. KIDS SAFETY~ Kids should be supervised at all times. The interior is not exactly kid proof either (though we have kids of our own and the cabin has kids toys, games, and eating tools). We have stairs and a bunkbed that could be dangerous for children. Feel free to move heavy and fragile items out of kids’ reach. Restrictions: *Quiet time 10pm-7am this is enforced *No parties or events *The golf course is privately owned. Our guests or their pets are NOT aloud on the course unless you pay to play through Sun Country Golf course. Guest access This house is accessed by a smart lock for the front door. Guests will have access to the entire property other than the single car garage and two closets, one upstairs and one downstairs by the garage door. Also, there is a large shed outside that will remain locked for storage purposes. Other things to note WILDLIFE ~ We are in a remote mountain area. Be mindful of animals when outside (and while driving). There have deer, bears, and cougars in the neighborhood. FIRES~ Every summer there is a strict burn ban in the area, usually June through September. No fires or open flames, including candles. We provide a gas BBQ grill and indoor fireplace, as well as a gas outdoor fireplace. WE DO NOT ALLOW OPEN FIRES. WINTER SAFETY & DRIVEWAY~ In the wintertime, watch out for slippery areas. If coming from the Seattle area, check the WSDOT Snoqualmie Pass road conditions report to check for road closures and chain requirements on vehicles. We do our best keeping the driveway plowed. When a big snowfall happens the plowing company's sometimes fall behind. I recommend having a 4WD or AWD vehicle. PARKING~We have plenty of parking in our driveway. There is NO PARKING ON THE STREET. Please park in the driveway only. Noise Policy~ We enforce quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Oakmont Pines is located in a neighborhood with full-time residents nearby, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful and courteous to our neighbors.
