Sleeper sofa, reading nook, W/D, Wifi, A/C, blackout blinds, outdoor dining table, kayaks, paddleboard, dock, gas bbq, & 2 fire pits. The space House is 3 stories high. Ground floor full kitchen, dining room, half bath, and living room with fireplace leading to porch overlooking the lake. Second floor queen guest room with full bath, common area with sleeper sofa, half bath, "kids" bedroom with bunk beds and daybed. Top floor master suite with king bed, full bath, fireplace, and private deck overlooking the water. Boathouse with lift for boats under 20 ft. Guest access Entire property Other things to note -Minimum age of primary renter, who must be one of the guests staying in the house, is 30 years old. -There are 60 stairs from the parking area to the house so this is not a good choice for people with mobility issues. -There is room for 3 cars at the bottom of the driveway and another 3 at the top of the driveway. -There is no smoking allowed on the property (including outside). -Entire property line is waterfront so children must be tended to at all times.
