Friends & family are always welcome, however everyone must adhere to the Quiet Hours 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM shhh outdoors. You can use the pool, but no splashing or yelling! We recommend staying indoors with doors & windows shut to avoid disturbing neighbors. • Guest parking is available in our driveway or on the SIDE STREET ONLY (the neighbors use their street front parking for their own vehicles; we have unlimited side street parking with easy access; we are a corner house). • Please no loitering in front of neighboring homes. We have corner lot with plenty of space & seating on mountain view side! • THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Quiet Hours are between 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM. During this time we expect that the neighbors do not hear any voices or music. You have the entire house & pool to enjoy music and fun 24/7. You may use the pool at any time, but must refrain from screaming, yelling & splashing! You must refrain from disturbing the neighbors by gathering in the street. If the gathering must continue, Please keep everyone indoors with doors and windows closed during Quiet Hours. Less than 5 min away from the beautiful Thousand Oaks Shopping (The Oaks Shopping Center). Minutes away from Hollywood , Downtown LA, Universal, Magic Mountain, Malibu, and so much more! Events are defined by multiple items such as party rentals, tables and chairs, tents, catering, musicians, DJ's, etc... NONE of which are allowed here due to close neighbors, sorry. Local ordinance quiet hours are between 9PM to 8AM. Neighbors have been instructed to call the police if there are noises heard from their bedroom windows during quiet hours. If police are called to the property, any citations issued are the sole responsibility of the guest. We have setup tables and chairs near the side street to allow conversations & access to guest street parking away from the neighbor. If you want to continue your evening with noise, please take all socializing & music indoors and close all doors and windows. The pool is available for use 24/7, however splashing and yelling is not acceptable! Thank you for understanding. There is only one neighbor on garage side of the property, the other side offers mountain views and street access! (A $500 deposit may be required which will be refunded after checkout if there are no damages/extra cleaning required). Please make sure to pick up after your pets. Please keep noise down between hours of 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM per local ordinances. For emergency's dial 911. We make immediate attempts to resolve these issues, but do not give any refunds or compensation for the "temporary" loss of use of any appliances, power, internet, no pool heater, etc due to inclement weather. Heated Pool = Warmer than the ambient weather. *NOT hot tub temperature. Pool heater is fully controlled by guests. Heater is a Heat Pump, so during cold and rainy weather, the heater will take longer to warm the water. As long as the Heat Pump fan is running, it is actively warming the water. Pool man comes Tuesday's & Friday's, however weather conditions might make the pool dirty upon your stay with us; for additional pool cleaning services, there will be a $75 charge per visit. Pool net is provided for guest use. Please note there is no cigarette smoking allowed inside of any of the interior space. There will be an additional cleaning fee assessed for cigarette stench left inside the house. Please note that we strive to keep the property fully maintained and operating in its best condition as best as we can for the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests. If anything needs our attention, we won't know unless you inform us! And let us know if it's something that requires our attention during or after your stay :) thank you. To ensure that our guests are fully informed, we have a gardener and pool person that visits the property weekly. They have access only to the exterior areas of the property (absolutely no access to the inside of the home). You may see them enter from side gate. Gardner comes on Thursday's but this can change depending on holidays & weather permitted. Poolman comes on Tuesdays & Fridays, but this can change depending on holidays & weather. Again, this is to keep the property fully maintained and operating in its best condition. Unfortunately we are unable to specify the “hours” of these visits to tailor to our guests' specific timing due to many different reasons (weather, traffic, routes, holidays, etc) Cleaning fee is not negotiable in order to provide all guests with the same great experience upon arrival!
