Chalet Charlotte - our 2021 newly built vacation home (semi-detached house) in alpine style - has been furnished in a modern and very cozy style with great attention to detail. It offers plenty of space for warmth. Enjoyment with friends. Family. Pure nature. Mountain worlds. The chalet with its own sauna is located on the edge of Lengdorf (Niedernsill), a small, idyllic village between Zell am See, Kaprun and Kitzbühel. The space In addition to 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, the 160 m² apartment offers further amenities such as a wellness room with sauna, loungers and yoga mats and a ski cellar with ski boot dryer and ski rack. As an extra, there is a separate lockable bicycle garage outside where you can safely store your bikes. A spacious living/dining area invites to sit together or play with the children. In addition to the basic equipment, such as full sets of crockery and glasses for at least 10 people, the open kitchen has numerous utensils for both cooking and baking. We have gone to great lengths to create a modern, cozy atmosphere in the furnishings and fittings so you can enjoy a relaxing evening together after a long day in the mountains. Guest access During your stay, the entire semi-detached house including ski cellar, private sauna, etc. is available for a maximum of 10 people.
