Relax with your family and friends at this peaceful place to stay house. Enjoy our favorable location, it's close to multiple hiking & biking trails, parks, mt skiing facilities ( Mt. Windham, Belleayre Mts, Hunter Mt.) and it's about 8 min driving to the Town of Woodstock,5 min to Ashokan reservoir, about 15 min to Opus 40- environ. sculpture park in Saugerties and more to discover. Our pool 4 ft deep-only May-Sept season.Pool heater extra charge-$25/d.Outside jacuzzi/hot tub-fits 7 people! The space Our house is spacious- about 3200sf, with 4 bedrooms including spacy master bedroom with master bathroom ( with single size jet tub), new kitchen, beautiful sunroom and spacy living room. 8 people can sleep on the beds and extra 2 can sleep on the convertible sofa/living room. Each room has TV, including TV in the sunroom. Please note that one of the bedrooms, with two twin beds, can only be accessed through the master bedroom. Our home was fully renovated in June 2022. No parties allowed, no pets, no smoking inside the house, including bathrooms. We open swimming pool after the winter season on Memorial Day weekend, and we close it right after the Labor Day Holiday. we charge $25 per day as extra to your booking price if you want to use our pool water heater. Please let us know prior to finishing of your booking. Our new SPA tub was installed in October 2024 and fits 7 people. Guest access Our guest can use entire house with limitation to garage space that can be used only to access garbage & recycling bins. No kids in the garage area. No parties allowed. No pets, no smoking inside the house including bathrooms, please. if you want to use our pool water heater, we will charge $25 extra per day, and your booking needs to be amended to include this extra charges. Other things to note Please note that one of the bedrooms ( with two twin beds) can only be accessed through the master bedroom. We are so exited to let you know that our new SPA tub/jacuzzi tub is now available for our guests. It fits 7 people. If you stay at our home with little kids, please let us know, and we will put security alarms on both sliding doors - to make sure that there are no kids on the deck with swimming pool, or just outside without adult supervision. Our pool is 4 ft deep. No night swimming permitted. The pool gets open on Memorial Holiday in May and we keep it open till mid-September depending on the weather. The outside fire pit can be used only when wind strength is below 10 m/h and not available during the winter season. No parties, no pets allowed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
