Sleeping arrangements for up to 16 guests maximum. No Exceptions: 1. Master Suite w/ King Bed and ensuite bathroom 2. Junior Suite w/ King Bed and ensuite bathroom 3. Please be on alert when walking around the outside perimeter of the property. CLEANLINESS is a high priority for our listing!! There is always a professional thorough, sanitizing cleaning between guests. 16 Guests Maximum. No Exceptions. No Parties Allowed. No Smoking Allowed. No Drugs Allowed. No Pets Allowed. No Loud Noise after 10pm. Violating any of the above rules will cause a fee of $2,000 per occurance. Pets: This is not a pet-friendly unit. Pets are not allowed. Violation of this policy will result in immediate rental cancellation. * In California, pretending to be an owner of a service dog is a criminal misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 (and/or up to six months imprisonment). California law, like federal law, doesn't require that emotional support animals be allowed in public places. *Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. * Service animals must not be left in our house alone. Under the ADA service dog laws, service animals must be under the control of their handler at all times Security Cameras are located Outside Only. Tampering with the camera will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and reported to Airbnb. We DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES, no corporate events. My neighbors are in close proximity and will notify me and the police department instantly. We strive to keep all amenities in working order but if any major amenities such as the Heater or Spa can't be used because of a malfunction and cannot be repaired same day, we will refund the guest $100 per day per occurrence. Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.
