There is no assigned parking and there will be a parking pass in the unit. Please display the parking pass at all times. Call building answering service through the gate keypad intercom to talk with service who can let you in if problem with gate code . The unit has an electronic smart lock that allows for self check-in. The code will be provided through email or messaging after completing your reservation. Flagler avenue is a short distance, famous in the surrounding area for numerous restaurants, tiki bars, live music, fine wines , shopping etc. Kennedy Space center tourist attraction is only a 45 minute drive or visit Disney for the day which is only a 70-80 minute drive. You can enjoy a NASCAR race at the Daytona International Speedway which is only a 25 minute drive. The frequent rocket launches can be observed from the beach without driving anywhere. The neighborhood is easy to get around by car, bicycle, motorcycle or maybe just get an Uber ride.
