At night, moonlight bouncing off the ocean creates a natural light. It is incredible! This is also an extremely secure building. You need keys not only to enter, but to use the elevator. All the underground parking garage is covered and secured in. We have a nice children's park steps away, a Farmer's market every Thursday right next door at the park parking lot. The Redondo pier is less than 1/10 of 1 mile away. We also have incredible beach side bike paths, near perfect weather, and the ocean sound. Just steps from the beach, you can walk in less than a minute to the shore and enjoy spectacular sunrises and unforgettable sunsets.
