At night, moonlight bouncing off the ocean creates a natural light. It is incredible! This is also an extremely secure building. You need keys not only to enter, but to use the elevator. All the underground parking garage is covered and secured in. There is a nice children's park steps away, a Farmer's market every Thursday right next door by the park parking lot. The Redondo pier is less than 1/10 of 1 mile away. We also have incredible beach side bike paths, near perfect weather, and the ocean sound.
