The space Escape to this bright, beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach house in the heart of Surfside Beach, Texas — literally a 45-second walk to the waves! Perfect for families or laid-back coastal getaways, this cheerful home is filled with breezy, beachy décor that instantly puts you in vacation mode. Step outside and choose from four spacious decks with stunning views of both the Gulf and the bay — the ideal spot for morning coffee, afternoon naps, or sunset cocktails with your crew. Pure Texas coast bliss awaits! Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire house, all four decks, and every outdoor space. The only area that’s off-limits is the locked downstairs storage room & locked closets (owner use only). Everything else is yours to enjoy! Other things to note Beach Gear (Yay!) The tubs downstairs are stocked and ready for your beach days: plenty of chairs, beach toys for the kids, and life jackets in various sizes. If shade is a must, we recommend you bring your own pop-up tent. Grill We do not have a grill on the property. If you’d like to barbecue, please bring a portable one with you. No Pets, Please We love furry friends, but unfortunately this home is strictly no-pets. If a pet is brought onto the property, a mandatory $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged. If you notice anything that needs attention (especially cleaning-related), just let us know right away and we’ll fix it immediately—often the same day. Please note: We do not refund cleaning fees, but we will personally come back and make it right at no extra cost. Travel Protection If there’s any chance plans might change close to your dates, we highly recommend adding third-party travel insurance at booking.
