This 115 m² air-conditioned flat with parking space has three bedrooms with views of the parish church, fortified castle and town centre. It is located in the town centre in a quiet neighbourhood, a 10-minute walk from the sanctuaries. You can visit all the attractions on foot (Sanctuary, Fortified Castle, Tourist Office, Pic du Jer) and it is close to shops, the train station and city buses. You are 25 minutes by car from the ski slopes (Cauterets and La Mongie) and 1.5 hours from Biarritz. The space The 110m² air-conditioned SOMEA apartment was completely renovated in December 2026 and has Wi-Fi, making it ideal for families and groups of friends. It has many advantages: - Free on-site parking - Three air-conditioned bedrooms with flat-screen televisions and views of the fortified castle and town centre. - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils - Two bathrooms with showers and one additional bathroom with sink and mirror. - A living room with a large screen TV and two 140 cm sofa beds. - All attractions are within walking distance (sanctuaries, castle) and shops and supermarkets are nearby. You can take the city bus 80 mètres from the flat opposite the tourist office. -You will be located 40 minutes from the city of PAU, 1.5 hours from Biarritz and the ocean, and 25 minutes from the ski slopes (Luz, Cauterets, Barèges la Mongie). Guest access You will have access to the entire flat and free parking in front of the residence. Other things to note CHECK-IN TIMES: Check-in time: 3 p.m. Check-out time: 11 a.m. It is not possible to arrive before 3 p.m., and check-out is no later than 11 a.m. This allows time to clean the flat properly. The Somea apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Parking conditions: Free parking in front of the apartment. Towels and sheets: Towels and sheets are provided in the accommodation.
