Dawn Cove - Bonnie Doon offers a serene retreat in Bonnie Doon. Guests enjoy sensational views, direct lake access, beautiful gardens, games room and comfortable living spaces. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortable living are with lake views, fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, laundry, fireplace, fire pit, games room including Pool/table tennis, foosball and a variety of activities such as water skiing, fishing, motorbike riding within close proximity to Mt Buller. The space Waterfront Lake Eildon Escape, Private Boat Ramp, Sleeps 9 Our double storey home has open plan living and spectacular views of the lake. Most of the living quarters is upstairs, with boat storage and games area downstairs. 3 bedrooms sleeping 9 people in beds and an additional 5 people on spare, single mattresses and sofa beds if needed. All bed linen, doonas and towels supplied. (If using the spare mattresses, you will need to set these up yourselves, but there are extra doonas, pillows, linen and towels for you to use – please contact us to have this made available to you). Our boathouse has the convenience of its own boat ramp where you can launch your own boat, and ample space on the property to park your own boat trailer too. We do ask however, that your larger ski or fishing boats remain outside, and not stored downstairs. Accidents may happen trying to get them inside the building which we are trying to avoid. There is no problem in storing any other small tinny style boats or jet skiis or equipment/gear inside that you may have. You can easily watch all the action on the lake from the upstairs balcony, living area or master bedroom, to as far as the eye can see! Open the 3 x downstairs roller doors for more stunning 180o views of the lake! There is outdoor furniture – a lounge and dining table in the yard for closer lake viewing, and watching the sun rise or go down. A gas BBQ and a firepit are close by too. The upstairs balcony also has a dining table. For your enjoyment, there are pool noodles, canoes/kayaks (with life jackets), and basic fishing rods to use. Bedroom Features: - All bedding, linen and towels are supplied. - Airconditioning / Heating in Main Bedrooms - Portable heating cooling in Bunkroom Bathroom & Laundry Features: - 1 x Bath, 2 x showers - Bathrooms have hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner available, as well as a hair dryer, bath mats and towels. - Washing machine + dryer - Washing powder is provided - Iron + board Kitchen & Living Room Features: - Microwave - Fridge/freezer - Oven with electric cooktop - Kitchen equipped with modern benchtop appliances, utensils, sandwich press - Breakfast cereal items, spreads, and common kitchen consumables such as oil, seasonings, salt & pepper etc are stocked in the pantry. - Lounge chairs & dining table (highchairs on request) - TV + DVD player - Heating system - Coonara (wood & kindling is provided) Downstairs Games Room Features: - Pool table and Foosball table in the downstairs games room - Reading corner with book library exchange - Board games, DVDs, puzzles, lego and toys are available - 2nd fridge/freezer - Sofa beds Pets are welcome, however there are no fences on the property. Toilet trained pets are welcome inside but not up on furniture or beds. If you go out and leave them behind, pets need to be kept downstairs or outside. A temporary enclosure can be provided for the large area down the side of the house. Please contact us and we can agree on a game plan to suit your pet’s needs. A dog kennel is there also.
