Charming 1920’s farmhouse near Longview Regional airport and conveniently located near Lakeport, Longview and Kilgore. This restored historic home is cozy and perfect for family gatherings and getaways. It can sleep 1-10 comfortably and you will want to come here over and over! Come and get recharged while sitting on the front porch, sitting in the fully fenced in backyard patio area or relaxing in the jacuzzi tub! The space You will love staying at this beautiful country farmhouse. It is close to the regional airport, Miss Mary’s wedding venue, Longview, Kilgore and Lake Cherokee! We have made every effort to make this a comfortable and enjoyable getaway! Guest access You will have access to the entire house of this beautiful old home. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bonus room, living and dining room and kitchen. There is a beautiful front porch with porch swing and the back patio has Adirondack chairs, fire pit and grill! We have made this a perfect getaway for a family by renovating the second floor. Guests will love the new carpeting and gorgeous and comfortable bedrooms on the second floor. There is also a bonus room upstairs that has a queen size futon that sleeps two additional people! Other things to note Grable Creek follows Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: * We sanitize high touch surfaces from doorknobs to light switches * We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross contamination * We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists * We comply with local laws, including any additional safety and cleaning guidelines Window AC units are available in every room to cool the house and make your stay comfortable in the Texas summer heat. Upstairs has window unit heaters and downstairs has electric radiator heating in the winter months. We ask that you kindly remember to turn off all units when not needed and upon check out! We are a pet friendly property and love our furry friends! Please note that there will be an additional pet fee of $50 per pet.
