A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required. The space Welcome to Cocoa Beach Break, a comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath house featuring a bright, open floor plan perfect for families and groups. The home is thoughtfully designed to create lasting memories, from sunny afternoons by the pool to competitive game nights. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an attached private bathroom. On the other side of the house, you'll find two additional bedrooms (one with two twin beds) and a second full bathroom. For extra flexibility, the living room includes a comfortable queen-sized murphy bed. Your private getaway includes: • Backyard Oasis: Step outside to a tropical paradise featuring a heated saltwater pool (kept at a comfortable 86°F) with a sun shelf and in-water loungers. Relax or dine al fresco under the tiki hut, complete with ceiling fans, lights, and a Weber grill for cookouts. • Air-Conditioned Game Room: The fun continues in the converted garage, equipped with a 55" Roku TV, a classic arcade game, air hockey, ping pong, and a giant Connect 4. • Family-Friendly Amenities: Traveling with little ones is a breeze. We provide a Pack ’n Play, a high chair, children’s dinnerware, books, toys, and board games. Babysitter recommendations are also available. • Dedicated Workspace: For those needing to stay connected, one bedroom includes a quiet desk and chair, creating a comfortable work-from-home setup. Guest access You will have private access to the entire property and all its amenities, with the exception of a single locked owner's closet in the garage. Check-in is simple and convenient with our self-check-in system. You will be provided with your own personal 4-digit code for the front door lock prior to your arrival. Other things to note The backyard has been made into an amazing oasis with a heated salt water pool and a tiki hut complete with ceiling fans and lights. There's plenty of seating, dining, and lounging space for everyone, a corn hole game, and Weber grill. We've converted the air conditioned garage into a fun game room with 55" Roku TV, tables, chairs, arcade game, air hockey, ping pong, and giant connect 4 game. We provide all the gear you need for fun at the beach complete with a wagon to carry it.
