Come stay with us while visiting the beautiful Bluegrass State! Offering our guest a 3 day self driving tour, to visit and explore our states last 12 remaining covered bridges. Our unique historic building, located right in downtown Paris, KY and the heart of Horses, Bourbon, & History offers a space like non other! Paris Livery is housed in a fully renovated circa 1863 Brick building that was home to Kerslakes & Sons Livery and Blacksmith shop for over 70 years. Guest access Guest staying with us at Paris Livery, get to enjoy our entire 2500 sq. ft. building. Our Livery has a wide open main living area floor plan with the bedroom being in a smaller room apart from the living area. Guest will also get to enjoy the use of our large outdoor patio space that offers 2 wooden bench/couches, a fire-pit, and 3 high top bar style wooden tables. Other things to note While our venue is a large space, it is rented to Airbnb guest only!! No overnight stays of friends will be allowed or hosting of parties or gatherings. Only the number of individuals stated when booked with us and signed the Airbnb contract rental agreement are allowed to stay the nights. If renters of our Airbnb break not only our policy but Airbnb’s policies, these guest will always be called out and left a negative review. This is to help fellow Airbnb host and Airbnb to make their own decisions whether to allow that potential renter to use and stay at their venue. This rule is due to that Paris Livery is also an event and performance venue that is available to rent for a multitude of events ranging from small gatherings to large events hosting 120 guest.
