Other things to note *** PLEASE NOTE: *** - GUESTS - At our property we prefer quiet guests who come to relax, unwind, enjoy the nature, tranquility of the place, beautiful views and all the extras we provide for your relaxation. Maximum number of guests - 2 people. - NOISE - Therefore we absolutely do not allow parties, loud music, events, noisy gatherings or any other noise at any time in respect to the owners and the neighbors - it is a very quiet residential area. - SMOKING - We strive for a healthy lifestyle, thus we do not allow smoking ANYWHERE on our property. Please do not book our property if you are a smoker and do not ask us where you can smoke - you will make us and yourself uncomfortable. - VISITORS - The owners must be notified of ALL guests and visitors. Unauthorized guests and visitors are not allowed. - RESPECT - We treat our guests with full respect and expect them to treat our place the same way - with care which includes keeping the place clean & tidy, taking shoes off in the house, not bringing food & drinks to the bedroom and sofas, being reasonable with usage of the amenities and complimentary extras provided for the guests. - SAFETY - Security Cameras are working at the property (parking areas & main gate). Video is being recorded 24/7 for the purpose of the guest safety and crime prevention. Also, we ask our guests to report any issues & damages to the owners. - WATER - Just a friendly reminder — our water comes solely from rain, so we’d really appreciate it if you could use it thoughtfully. - OWNERS - We live on the property which is very convenient for the guests in case if any immediate assistance required. The presence of owners also adds an extra layer of security and safety for the guests.
