The space We are located in a gated community with a private seasonal pool & beach access right in Topsail Island beachfront. Only a few steps to direct beach access. Not too crowded. Conveniently located in Surf City, close to local attractions, military bases, 50 minute drive to Wilmington, and 40 Minutes to Jacksonville, NC. Enjoy taking diving lessons at the Surf Shop, go on a fun Tiki Boat tour to visit local islands, look for shark teeth on the beach, walk to the ocean pier, rent bikes locally, explore seasonal farmers & seafood markets and delicious restaurants. Please help yourself to everything in the condo, and treat our house as your own. We provide welcome snack popcorn, coffee pods, board games, Free Wifi and netflix is available for your convenience. There is a laundry facility on site. Please bring your own detergent or purchase on site. Everything for your perfect getaway is at your fingertips! If you are celebrating a special occasion please let us know how we can help accommodate any special requests. Fresh linens/Towels are changed and included with every stay. (Please indicate total number of guests staying as beds are made per number of guests in the reservation). 1 Large towel per guest is normally provided. Pool/beach towels are provided. Do not use bath towels for the pool. Bunk bed has 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa has a pullout queen bed. Additional clean blankets, sheets, towels can be provided upon request ahead of time. Pack n Play is available in the closet. We do have a clothing line on the patio to dry swim suits and towels. (You are welcome to bring your own additional linens/towels.) We have pots, pans, slow/rice cooker, keurig machine, regular coffee pot, blender, oils, seasonings. Please bring your own extra paper towels, toilet paper, soap/dishwasher cleaning tablets, additional specialty k-cups, water bottles and any additional food/creamer items if desired. (Some beach chairs are available on the patio however please bring your own beach accessories.) We provide starter toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pod and trash bags. We will allow 1 small pet under 50 lbs upon request as the condo is small. Additional $100 pet fee applies and can be added to your reservation with approval. Please confirm prior to booking your stay. Pets are allowed on the beach but need to be a leash and pick up any waste after them. No pets allowed on the grass in between the condo complex. Grocery/shopping: Surf City Grocery Mart, Neighborhood Walmart, Publix, Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Lowes Home Improvement located just minutes away. Surf City has many local shops, breweries like Salty Turtle, Peak, Hopsail. These breweries offer local craft beer, food trucks, live entertainment. Putt Putt Mini Golf is available just over the Bridge. Shaka Taco is our favorite place for local carne asada, fish & shrimp tacos and awesome wings! Daddy Mac's Beach Grille offers fantastic ocean views & tasty local seafood. UnWined Bar is great for late night music, wine and ice cream nearby. Guest access Gated community parking lot access, patio, pool, laundry, beach. You may park 1-2 cars in the lot. Other things to note We are located on the 2nd Floor. 3 flights of stairs to climb. No elevator access.
